The Victoria Przyborów fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Victoria Przyborów's Semavi Polat looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The Victoria Przyborów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Boleslaw Ruszczyk should have stopped the shot. Victoria Przyborów's Semavi Polat got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Semavi Polat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carol Stinga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Boleslaw Ruszczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Olaru in the 40th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Victoria Przyborów's goal looked a bit too open when Rasvan Cristescu came free, but Boleslaw Ruszczyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boleslaw Ruszczyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costica Vladimiri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romania's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adam Olaru in the 45th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Victoria Przyborów's Boleslaw Ruszczyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Stinga in the 90th minute of play. A throw-in in the 91st minute of the game was made by Vasile Ciumak with Alexandru Pangratiu as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Despite being the better team, Romania failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
