With his leg Fodor Daniel managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Valleslona F.C.'s José Antonio Costa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Kauã Sousa hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Balazs Lajos in the 20th minute of play forced Valleslona F.C.'s goalkeeper Daniel Sbârcea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Fodor Daniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Valleslona F.C.'s Harry Kane was substituted for Anderson Viana.
