After a defensive mix-up in Here Comes the Hammer's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charles Björkqvist came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Charles Björkqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valdir Velloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Charles Björkqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 16th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Valdir Velloso came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Balazs Lajos in the 20th minute of play forced Here Comes the Hammer's goalkeeper Charles Björkqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antal Valentin kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by John Eriksson. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Björkqvist having to interfere. Kenneth Jönsson kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdir Velloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 47 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by John Eriksson. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Antal Valentin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Charles Björkqvist came out and tried to block the shot, but Antal Valentin slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 62nd minute. 66 minutes into the match, Here Comes the Hammer's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Charles Björkqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72ndth minute of the game John Eriksson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Valdir Velloso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of Hungary booed when Here Comes the Hammer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marko Persson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Here Comes the Hammer's Carlinhos Félix was substituted for Valdir Velloso. Marko Persson kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Charles Björkqvist in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 90th minute, Edmund Hansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The throw-in from Szekeres Tamas in the 92nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Here Comes the Hammer's Tord Spetz. Tord Spetz charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tord Spetz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Hungary booed when Here Comes the Hammer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tord Spetz didn't get a good kick on the ball.
