Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Toshko Toshkov got the match started through his kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dolan McJames got free with Arnout Reekers in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer got a free kick in the 14th minute. Mario Pizzuto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. Badia DevilZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. 25 minutes into the match, Badia DevilZ's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Mario Pizzuto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 26th minute. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toshko Toshkov in the 35th minute of play. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Mario Pizzuto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Badia DevilZ's Mario Pizzuto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Badia DevilZ's goalkeeper Mario Pizzuto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Mario Pizzuto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Toshko Toshkov in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnout Reekers saved Netherlands from getting behind.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gijsbert ter Kruimer to make the kick off. Badia DevilZ's Mario Pizzuto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Badia DevilZ from getting a goal against them. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Badia DevilZ's Brefni Ferguson. But to his dismay, Brefni Ferguson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 56 minutes into the game, Timothy Doherty was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Badia DevilZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Netherlands the free kick. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Badia DevilZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timothy Doherty didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mario Pizzuto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, Badia DevilZ's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Mario Pizzuto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Toshko Toshkov came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Mathijn Doctor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mario Pizzuto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Badia DevilZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Toshko Toshkov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mario Pizzuto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With an all-out effort, Netherlands's Mario Pizzuto threw himself towards the right post 80 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 83 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by David Eikelkamp. After 87 minutes Badia DevilZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mario Pizzuto in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Lars Meesters in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mario Pizzuto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 88 played minutes Badia DevilZ got a freekick which was hit by Toran Hamilton.
