The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Julian Tylenda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Armin Pozzo made a huge save. Ksawery Zworski kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Camillo Bocchi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Oborski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Mims's Armin Pozzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Borowski in the 23rd minute of play. Frank Sciamanna hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, FC Mims's Camillo Bocchi got a free kick in the 26th minute. Armin Pozzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Tylenda in the 27th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Zagłębie Dąbrowskie defense, Arturo Florio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucjan Oborski. The Zagłębie Dąbrowskie fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucjan Oborski should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Zagłębie Dąbrowskie getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Ksawery Zworski hit a great ball. Camillo Bocchi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucjan Oborski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Daniel Borowski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Armin Pozzo, 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Wiktor Wierzchowski took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armin Pozzo. Armin Pozzo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 58 minutes into the game, FC Mims's Dino Arcangeli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucjan Oborski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After 63 played minutes FC Mims got a freekick which was hit by Dino Arcangeli. Lucjan Oborski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arturo Florio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 68 minute of play. Felice Di Biagio kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Enrico Improta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arturo Florio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Lucjan Oborski made a huge save. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Lucjan Oborski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camillo Bocchi in the 84th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Arturo Florio managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Mims's supporters rose to their feet, but Arturo Florio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucjan Oborski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lucjan Oborski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anfilogino Pantano in the 94th minute. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fabiano Castagna was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Mims's players had a chance to rest.

FC Mims's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
