When Santiago Sanson fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SOUTH THUNDER's protests and gave Santiago Sanson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th match minute, SOUTH THUNDER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Sanson to maneuver through the defense. Mauro Cordearo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Chepe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of SOUTH THUNDER booed when Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Chepe didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 45 minutes, Jason Bourne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Jason Bourne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aaron Chepe to make the kick off. Everardo Iaki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remigio Ihintza in the 51st minute of the match. Zeledon Teofilio charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zeledon Teofilio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 54th match minute, SOUTH THUNDER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Teofilio to maneuver through the defense. SOUTH THUNDER's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ. the free kick. After a rather tough play, SOUTH THUNDER's Teobaldo Frutos got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Lucas Erramun was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 72nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Venancio Bras hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Humberto Bixintxo in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Everardo Iaki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aaron Chepe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Venancio Bras during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ. getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Venancio Bras hit a great ball. In the 94th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Ramon Kemen hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
