David Michael hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Iuri Netto to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match, Iuri Netto got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dario Herena was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. David Michael might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Geovanni Vargas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. David Michael ran back to his position shaking his head. Dalmacio Pero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovanni Vargas having to interfere. Waldir Almeida recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th match minute, A. A. Carioca 【CIMZ】 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basílio Tróia to maneuver through the defense. Geovanni Vargas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Enmanuel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dario Herena didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ediberto da Silveira went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Waldir Almeida got free with Dario Herena in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, A. A. Carioca 【CIMZ】's Nico Vasconcelos got a free kick in the 96th minute. When Modesto Roland came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the RÚSTICOS F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Modesto Roland couldn't finish the play.
