Hertha 1969's Christoph Heise became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-3. Michael Simpson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Mantzio Berges hit a great ball. Burkhard Männer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Berbiz Iruz made a huge save. If Victor Hugo Gay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christoph Heise showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monkiewicz Gay in the 30th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Henrik Gorges got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37th minute, Urko Fortuño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee felt a red card was in order, 39 minutes into the game, when Sascha Meinhardt put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Hertha 1969's Sascha Meinhardt got a free kick in the 39th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Luzea Pedrero managed to get in a good position for a shot. 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's supporters rose to their feet, but Luzea Pedrero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 46th minute Monkiewicz Gay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christoph Heise saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abel Gay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 72 played minutes Hertha 1969 got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Kraatz. In the 74th minute Otto-Stephan Keck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berbiz Iruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christoph Heise made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Gay in the 82nd minute of play. In the 85th minute, Abel Gay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 91 minutes of play, 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's Ostadar Segarra made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christoph Heise was left in no man's land by his defense there!
