The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 32 played minutes KANONIERZY got a freekick which was hit by Marcin Boruta. The long shot by Adan Marin in the 33rd minute really tested Olaf Dobilas's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Cosme Abalos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zygmunt Tworek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leandro Cordairo kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Lukasz Oryl's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Los Andes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lukasz Oryl helped the player get up and apologised. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lukasz Oryl stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Club Atletico Los Andes's Cosme Abalos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Club Atletico Los Andes from getting a goal against them. Cosme Abalos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Slawomir Bambas in the 56th minute. In the 67th match minute, KANONIERZY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Dziechciowski to maneuver through the defense. Olaf Dobilas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Benat in the 69th minute of the match. A hard shot by Lukasz Oryl from long distance, 77 minutes into the match, got Cosme Abalos's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lukasz Oryl got free with Cosme Abalos in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Olaf Dobilas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Cordairo, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 84th match minute, KANONIERZY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Hoffman to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atletico Los Andes's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lukasz Oryl was slow to take the kick. During this time KANONIERZY's players had a chance to rest. In the 91st minute Sebastian Dziechciowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Abalos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Neither Club Atletico Los Andes or KANONIERZY succeeded in finding a winner during the second half. That meant the players faced another 30 minutes of extra-time.

After resting during the break, the players from both teams went out on the field looking very concentrated. It was now first half of the overtime. Kévin Zenón made the kick off and play began. After having played for 108 minutes, Slawomir Bambas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KANONIERZY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Slawomir Bambas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Club Atletico Los Andes's Cosme Abalos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slawomir Bambas in the 113th minute of play. In the 115th minute Lukasz Oryl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Abalos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With the score at 0-0, the referee blew for the end of the half. The players got a few minutes to recover before they had to start the second half of extra-time.

The players looked a little tired but resolute before the second half of the overtime, where Lukasz Oryl took the kick off. Lukasz Oryl took the ball and in the 120 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cosme Abalos. Cosme Abalos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched KANONIERZY eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
