After the break the players went out on the field to play the first half of overtime with revived energy in their legs. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Dalmacio Eguerdi managed to avoid a goal in the 110thth minute, when Yorulan Defansa Gelsin's Baykam Çağlar fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With the score at 2-2, the referee blew for the end of the half. The players got a few minutes to recover before they had to start the second half of extra-time.

The players still looked rather fresh even though it was time for second half of the overtime. Yavuz Bülent Erşahin did a quick kick off. If Fulgencio Silbestre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 123rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Gar in the 126th minute of play forced Yorulan Defansa Gelsin's goalkeeper Mustafa Necati Sıraç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalmacio Eguerdi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bilge Derman, who was totally free with the ball in the 127th minute. Yavuz Bülent Erşahin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dalmacio Eguerdi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 129th minute of play. With neither of the teams able to find a winning goal, the match would be decided by penalties!

When the match had been going on for 149 minutes, AC InmENZO 09-12-2018's Miguel Maria got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Mustafa Necati Sıraç. The referee gave Yorulan Defansa Gelsin a penalty, 151 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mesut Tancan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of AC InmENZO 09-12-2018's Dalmacio Eguerdi. 7-7. The goalkeeper, Mustafa Necati Sıraç, was totally fooled by AC InmENZO 09-12-2018's Cayetano Ignazio, who 153 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. AC InmENZO 09-12-2018 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
