Doriva Jacinto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zvezdan Nedeljkovic having to make a save. Borjan Golubovic charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Borjan Golubovic the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a little luck, Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic got control of the ball when Doriva Jacinto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Doriva Jacinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 27 minutes of play, BRASIL.Sp's Dida Mesquita made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was left in no man's land by his defense there! BRASIL.Sp's Dida Mesquita got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ademar Soares in the 39th minute of play. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Doriva Jacinto sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic got control of the ball when Dida Mesquita tried to sneak it across the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sreten Popovic to make the kick off. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doriva Jacinto in the 56th minute of the match. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dida Mesquita, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. With a little luck, BRASIL.Sp's Ramón Neto got control of the ball when Sreten Popovic tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Dida Mesquita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 65 minutes into the match, Doriva Jacinto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Serbia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Doriva Jacinto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 71st minute Dida Mesquita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zvezdan Nedeljkovic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Doriva Jacinto made a precise shot to the right of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Serbia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 77 minutes into the match, Serbia's goal looked a bit too open when Doriva Jacinto came free, but Zvezdan Nedeljkovic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tiago Goiano went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. BRASIL.Sp's Dinei Cabral was substituted for Doriva Jacinto. In the 85th match minute, Serbia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jovan Borisov to maneuver through the defense. Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiago Goiano in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Marcinho Félix got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cvijetin Nanusevski kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiago Goiano in the 93rd minute of play. Rasko Nestorovski hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
