The audience thought a goal was coming when Sten Melberg got free with Tommy Kahn in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great ball. Sten Melberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. George Kristiansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the match, Di Röe's Sten Melberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great ball. The supporters of Germany booed when Di Röe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herman Benett didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sten Melberg kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Sachs in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg George Kristiansson saved Di Röe from getting behind. George Kristiansson didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Germany's Frank Sachs shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After 28 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Chris Mergenthaler. Germany's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Sten Melberg scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Kahn, making the score, 1-1. 40 minutes into the game, Urban Åkerberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Di Röe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Germany the free kick. A collision led to Di Röe getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Urban Åkerberg hit a great ball. Ulrich Stein hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. 45 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sten Melberg. The crowd rose to their feet as Sten Melberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 2-1 in the 45 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sten Melberg was the one to do the kick off. When Di Röe's Sten Melberg in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Di Röe's Sten Melberg. But to his dismay, Sten Melberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Melberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Melberg in the 60th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute of the match Jerry Norberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Melberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Di Röe's Romeo Gologan was substituted for Sten Melberg. Di Röe made a substitution. Conny Ronaldo replaced Edu Loss. Di Röe made a substitution. Sven-Arne Olsson replaced Elliot Kellbom. After 73 minutes of play, Di Röe's Sven-Arne Olsson made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Gologan in the 80th minute of play. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conny Ronaldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After having played for 85 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Maximino Regis in the 89th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Germany's Albin Holweck. 90 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Gologan came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Di Röe's Urban Åkerberg got his second yellow card of the match in the 95th minute. The referee ordered Urban Åkerberg off the ground. A collision led to Di Röe getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Urban Åkerberg hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Di Röe fans cheered their team off the field, for while Germany had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
