Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Väino Asuja in the 8th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt made a precise shot to the right of 倪德景. Niubility FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by 姜卫峰 in the 16th minute. In the 24th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egbert Nijveldt to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Väino Asuja in the 24th minute really tested Arnout Reekers's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 31 minutes into the game, Netherlands's David Eikelkamp nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 倪德景 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 吴景骏 in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnout Reekers saved Netherlands from getting behind. In the 35th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 倪德景 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 倪德景 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 48th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gijsbert ter Kruimer to strike the kick off in the second half. 吴景骏 hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Väino Asuja's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnout Reekers was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. In the 77th match minute, Niubility FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 姜卫峰 to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Väino Asuja came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 86th minute of play forced Niubility FC's goalkeeper 倪德景 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Netherlands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5.
