After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Feliks Szkarpiak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Katona Janos hit a great ball. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Buczko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wieslaw Lichucki got free with Fodor Daniel in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 14th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliks Szkarpiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, ACF Gigliati's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Feliks Szkarpiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hegedus Henrik scored 0-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Feliks Szkarpiak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Feliks Szkarpiak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Takacs Tibor's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 28th minute of play forced ACF Gigliati's goalkeeper Feliks Szkarpiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Balazs Lajos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Feliks Szkarpiak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 37th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliks Szkarpiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Napoleon Pionek, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute of the match ACF Gigliati got a corner. Hungary's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Karol Kaczorowski ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Buczko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wladyslaw Japola's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Buczko in the 46th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 47 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Karol Kaczorowski who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on ACF Gigliati's corner Karol Kaczorowski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fodor Daniel quite easily take care of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julian Buczko to strike the kick off in the second half. Major Barna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Feliks Szkarpiak having to make a save. ACF Gigliati's Feliks Szkarpiak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save ACF Gigliati from getting a goal against them. 60 minutes into the match, ACF Gigliati's goalkeeper Feliks Szkarpiak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. Wieslaw Lichucki struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ACF Gigliati. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 66th minute of play forced ACF Gigliati's goalkeeper Feliks Szkarpiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Major Barna made a precise shot to the right of Feliks Szkarpiak. ACF Gigliati's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After 72 played minutes ACF Gigliati got a freekick which was hit by Klement Literski. In the 74th minute of the match, Antal Valentin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Feliks Szkarpiak was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Major Barna might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Feliks Szkarpiak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Major Barna ran back to his position shaking his head. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Buczko in the 83rd minute of play. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Hungary's Major Barna slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Feliks Szkarpiak. That made the score 0-4 after 89 minutes of play. 92 minutes into the match, ACF Gigliati's goalkeeper Feliks Szkarpiak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Balazs Lajos. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ACF Gigliati.
