But to his dismay, Guga Zaracho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Albert Sparnaaij kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Gaizka Mendieta struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Ademar Fernandes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arsenal de Gols F.C. After having played for 17 minutes, Loco Orange managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arsenal de Gols F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Loco Orange was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 19 played minutes, Bizard FC's Kevin Durant shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marcelo Gröhe came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bizard FC reached it. In the 20th minute Bizard FC were awarded a corner. Kevin Durant went to the cornerflag to take it. Bizard FC's Ademar Fernandes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loco Orange in the 22nd minute of play. Bizard FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kevin Durant in the 25th minute. Raphael Souto kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. When João Bertassi fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arsenal de Gols F.C's protests and gave João Bertassi a yellow card for diving instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Fabiano Sena got free with Marcelo Gröhe in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 37 minutes, Loco Orange managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arsenal de Gols F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Loco Orange was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Arsenal de Gols F.C booed when Bizard FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zahari Skerlev didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Bizard FC made a substitution. Genaro Valdemoro replaced Per-Arne Stålberg. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luiz Fabiano Sena made a kick off. Arsenal de Gols F.C made a substitution. Marco Fonseca replaced Loco Orange. After 71 minutes, Krisztián Kormos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arsenal de Gols F.C and the Bizard FC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
