An unexpectedly hard shot by Amedeo Faccio in the 3rd minute of play forced Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's goalkeeper Haroldo Dante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emílio Cordeiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nilmar de Moraes in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rony Coelho to strike the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the match, Š¢σяpiσиŠ's goal looked a bit too open when Nilmar de Moraes came free, but Emílio Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58thth minute of the game Nilmar de Moraes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Š¢σяpiσиŠ's Emílio Cordeiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Nilmar de Moraes, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 58 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Emílio Cordeiro was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Haroldo Dante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rony Coelho in the 68th minute of play. Haroldo Dante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rony Coelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's Haroldo Dante got control of the ball when Amedeo Faccio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Taquaritinga's Haroldo Dante proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Clube Atl. Taquaritinga from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Meriç Nurkan in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Haroldo Dante saved Clube Atl. Taquaritinga from getting behind. Amedeo Faccio kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Breno Loyola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emílio Cordeiro having to interfere. Haroldo Dante made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilberto Cardozo in the 90th minute. After having played for 95 minutes, Aníbal Sá managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aníbal Sá was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
