Miguel Nahias short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Tommy Kahn to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 36 minutes into the game, La Guillotina's Camilo Karlo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Miguel Nahia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. In the 42nd minute Rafael Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafael Ramos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ildefonso Lain in the 52nd minute of the match. Germany's Albin Holweck managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rolando Pudes in the 85 minute of the game. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute.
