The supporters of Hagfors booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chris Mergenthaler didn't get a good kick on the ball. A throw-in in the 10th minute of the game was made by Boris Berglund with Herminio Emmanuel as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Colas Morales in the 12th minute of play. In the 18th minute Hagfors were awarded a corner. Herminio Emmanuel went to the cornerflag to take it. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariusz Bejgier having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Frank Sachs made a precise shot to the right of Mariusz Bejgier. Hagfors's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Kenneth Kjellqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frank Sachs might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mariusz Bejgier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Sachs ran back to his position shaking his head. 36 minutes into the match, Hagfors's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Mariusz Bejgier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Janik Vogt hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, Hagfors's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Mariusz Bejgier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Hagfors players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Germany were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Herminio Emmanuel made the kick off in the second half. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. There was no doubt that Hagfors were the better team. Hagfors's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
