Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mugurel Balaeț made the kick off and thus started the match. Zamalek FC were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Italy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mugurel Balaeț took the corner. Sigfrido Auletta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daron Joseph in the 10th minute of play. Zack Grier made in the 11th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Italy's Siricio Liotta. In the 16th minute, Mugurel Balaeț ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Flavio Vittori was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zamalek FC's goalkeeper Rhys Dimmock, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daron Joseph in the 21st minute of play. In the 24th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rhys Dimmock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Mugurel Balaeț could shoot a difficult shot in the 29th minute, which Flavio Vittori however easily saved by the left post. Rhys Dimmock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rhys Dimmock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 31st minute of play. Rhys Dimmock came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Italy's Zaccheo Andolina. But to his dismay, Zaccheo Andolina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Rhys Dimmock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Porziano Marchitelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Zamalek FC's Rhys Dimmock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 38th minute of play. Zaccheo Andolina struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Rhys Dimmock didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Italy. With a little luck, Italy's Flavio Vittori got control of the ball when Mugurel Balaeț tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rhys Dimmock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

The wind increased when Zaccheo Andolina made the kick off in the second half. In the 59th match minute, Zamalek FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Stăniloaie to maneuver through the defense. Sigfrido Auletta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daron Joseph in the 61st minute of the match. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Kirkpatrick in the 63rd minute of play. Zaccheo Andolina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fred Kirkpatrick in the 67th minute of the match. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mugurel Balaeț, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Zamalek FC made a substitution. Leonardo Lane replaced Daron Joseph. Rhys Dimmock made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Zaccheo Andolina sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Italy defense, Fred Kirkpatrick kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flavio Vittori. The Italy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flavio Vittori should have stopped the shot. Italy made a substitution. Sansone Vanella replaced Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. Italy's Adriano Curto was substituted for Zaccheo Andolina. 87 minutes in the game Zack Grier did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Fred Kirkpatrick. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fred Kirkpatrick, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adriano Curto in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rhys Dimmock saved Zamalek FC from getting behind. 94 minutes into the match, Zamalek FC's Leonardo Lane sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavio Vittori narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
