Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) After 7 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Boncho Draganski who took care of the corner kick. The corner led FC Arsenal Varna's 任明岩 to fire away a dangerous shot which Fodor Daniel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hegedus Henrik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Zhecho Tomev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. The attack was good, but when Antal Valentin in the 22nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The supporters of Hungary booed when FC Arsenal Varna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. 任明岩 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hungary's Antal Valentin got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 32nd minute of play forced FC Arsenal Varna's goalkeeper Zhecho Tomev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rosen Penchovski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Rosen Penchovski put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Fodor Daniel. Adalbert Mindizov hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Zhecho Tomev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 46th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zhecho Tomev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. FC Arsenal Varna's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Hungary's corner Antal Valentin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zhecho Tomev quite easily take care of the ball. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosen Penchovski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to FC Arsenal Varna getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Adalbert Mindizov hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Zhecho Tomev in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 67 played minutes FC Arsenal Varna got a freekick which was hit by Lyuben Vlaykovski. Szekeres Tamas kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Rosen Penchovski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Zhecho Tomev in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Arsenal Varna's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Arsenal Varna's Zhecho Tomev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save FC Arsenal Varna from getting a goal against them. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hungary's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Boncho Draganski was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Arsenal Varna's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Metodi Shapkarev almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel did a great save. When the referee blew the final whistle, FC Arsenal Varna could leave the field as winners, despite Hungary having more of the ball for most of the match.
