When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Classe A Futebol Clube's Sérgio Perez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Balazs Lajos in the 8th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Niclas Samuelsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Classe A Futebol Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. The supporters of Hungary booed when Classe A Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niclas Samuelsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sérgio Perez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Balazs Lajos, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fodor Daniel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Diego Ribas went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Classe A Futebol Clube had won after a very even match.
