Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off. Nencho Radionov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Железничар's Nacho Tzakov got a free kick in the 5th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Железничар's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nencho Radionov came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Железничар's Stanko Zografov got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 12th match minute, Железничар was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaimo Hunt to maneuver through the defense. Antal Valentin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nencho Radionov. Железничар's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Balazs Lajos in the 14th minute of play forced Железничар's goalkeeper Nencho Radionov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Major Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Major Barna hit a great ball. Todor Sivov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Hungary's Antal Valentin in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Железничар's goalie prevented a goal. Todor Sivov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Nencho Radionov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Todor Sivov kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Железничар's Nencho Radionov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 33rd minute of play. A collision led to Железничар getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Kaloyan Cheriyski hit a great ball. Hungary's Antal Valentin got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 38th minute of play forced Железничар's goalkeeper Nencho Radionov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Katona Janos to maneuver through the defense. Todor Sivov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

If Balazs Lajos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 60 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Major Barna. After 63 minutes, Yuri Dinolov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Железничар and the Hungary players grew even worse after the yellow card. Yuri Dinolov kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Nencho Radionov was a little too slow when Antal Valentin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Nencho Radionov in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 72 played minutes Железничар got a freekick which was hit by Yuri Dinolov. Kaimo Hunt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Железничар's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nencho Radionov came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Imre Schlosser kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kaimo Hunt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Nikolay Zaprev's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nikolay Zaprev helped the player get up and apologised. After 92 played minutes Железничар got a freekick which was hit by Nikolay Zaprev. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Железничар.
