Maxence Durand hit a great ball. The supporters of Pogoń Stawiszyn booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Maxime Durand, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The France fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when France's Frank Peletier looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacek Kolbe during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pogoń Stawiszyn's Gilbert Podolski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Pogoń Stawiszyn from getting a goal against them. Gilbert Podolski stood somewhat misplaced when Jean Bombelles came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 95 minute.
