Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Antal Valentin kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Mats McNamara came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Mats McNamara tried to sneak it across the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Wyoming Cowboys's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Henning Berglund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Lanny Lilly sent off a good shot on target. 19 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henning Berglund. Wyoming Cowboys's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antal Valentin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Henning Berglund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balazs Lajos in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Wyoming Cowboys's Harry McNamara got a free kick in the 24th minute. Henning Berglund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After 31 minutes of play, Hungary's Antal Valentin made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henning Berglund was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edwin McNamara during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 35th minute of play forced Wyoming Cowboys's goalkeeper Henning Berglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mats McNamara charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mats McNamara the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mats McNamara hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the game, Herman Hedlund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wyoming Cowboys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. After 44 played minutes Wyoming Cowboys got a freekick which was hit by Herman Hedlund. Hungary's Antal Valentin got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Hungary were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edwin McNamara stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Henning Berglund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henning Berglund having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 57th minute of play forced Wyoming Cowboys's goalkeeper Henning Berglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 played minutes Wyoming Cowboys got a freekick which was hit by Battle Bundy. Henning Berglund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute, Lanny Lilly made a precise shot to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lanny Lilly in the 68th minute of the match. Vörös Henrik's late challenge caught a Wyoming Cowboys's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vörös Henrik helped the player get up and apologised. After 72 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Vörös Henrik. In the 73rd minute of the match Nils McNamara shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fodor Daniel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Takacs Tibor in the 75th minute of play forced Wyoming Cowboys's goalkeeper Henning Berglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Wyoming Cowboys's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Wyoming Cowboys getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Mats McNamara hit a great ball. Balazs Lajos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mats McNamara in the 87th minute of the match. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lanny Lilly in the 89th minute of play. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 97th minute of the game. One of Wyoming Cowboys:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hungary:s goal. When the match had been going on for 98 minutes, Hungary's Antal Valentin got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Henning Berglund. The Wyoming Cowboys fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
