Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) ΠΑΟΚ FC's Ermis Chatzis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Chris Nygaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 10 minutes ΠΑΟΚ FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Chris Nygaard who took care of the corner kick. At last the ball reached Olav Graversen at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of ΠΑΟΚ FC. 0-1. When Chris Nygaard came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Denmark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chris Nygaard couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute, Lars Steen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chris Nygaard took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Charalambos Kouvaris. Charalambos Kouvaris dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chris Nygaard in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Charalambos Kouvaris prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Charalambos Kouvaris came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Denmark's Chris Nygaard. But to his dismay, Chris Nygaard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Charalambos Kouvaris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertram Svenningsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the game, Denmark's Chris Nygaard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Charalambos Kouvaris made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Kenn Skou got a throw-in 37 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Bertram Svenningsen. Charalambos Kouvaris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chris Nygaard in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charalambos Kouvaris saved ΠΑΟΚ FC from getting behind. Charalambos Kouvaris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute Chris Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charalambos Kouvaris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Charalambos Kouvaris didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bertram Svenningsen went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. The ΠΑΟΚ FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Denmark were winning 0-6.

The wind increased when Chris Nygaard made the kick off in the second half. Charalambos Kouvaris made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Chris Nygaard sent off a good shot on target. Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Charalambos Kouvaris stood somewhat misplaced when Chris Nygaard came free in front of goal and shot 0-7 to the left of him in the 60 minute. Chris Nygaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chris Nygaard struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Charalambos Kouvaris didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denmark. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Lars Steen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Lars Steen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charalambos Kouvaris breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chris Nygaard in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Charalambos Kouvaris, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bertram Svenningsen in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Charalambos Kouvaris prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chris Nygaard might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Charalambos Kouvaris. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chris Nygaard ran back to his position shaking his head. The Denmark fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Denmark's Chris Nygaard looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-9 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bertram Svenningsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Denmark's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
