Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Chris Nygaard got the match started through his kick off. Chris Nygaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th match minute, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludomir Betonowy to maneuver through the defense. Chris Nygaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Chris Nygaard came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Denmark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chris Nygaard couldn't finish the play. With his leg Keld Paulsen managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Bruno Šimunko fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s goalkeeper Elder de Toledo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chris Nygaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elder de Toledo having to interfere. Boris Burkhart charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Boris Burkhart the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th match minute, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boris Burkhart to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute of the game Gradimir Juraga made a throw-in which Bruno Šimunko played forward. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ludomir Betonowy during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ludomir Betonowy kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. When Bertram Svenningsen fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Denmark's protests and gave Bertram Svenningsen a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertram Svenningsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oton Malnar kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ludomir Betonowy to make the kick off. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Šimunko in the 56th minute of the match. Chris Nygaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bertram Svenningsen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elder de Toledo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Chris Nygaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elder de Toledo having to interfere. In the 71st match minute, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludomir Betonowy to maneuver through the defense. Mikkel Wulff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elder de Toledo having to interfere. 75 minutes into the game, Gradimir Juraga threw the ball into play from the sideline. Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Lars Steen hit a great ball. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Mikulandra, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Keld Paulsen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from David Mikulandra went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 83rdth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Elder de Toledo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 84th minute, Oton Mangafić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lino Budimir kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. A collision led to GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Gradimir Juraga hit a great ball. When Ludomir Betonowy was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 90 minutes had been played. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Chris Nygaard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Chris Nygaard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elder de Toledo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
