Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Zaccheo Andolina made the kick off and thus started the match. Oskar Haeger came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Italy's Sigfrido Auletta. But to his dismay, Sigfrido Auletta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 6 played minutes Italy got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Cutri. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Di Filippo in the 10th minute of the match. Ingemar Stålman came free with the goalkeeper in the 11th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Flavio Vittori could save by the left post. Jacek Zielinski kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Di Filippo in the 22nd minute of play. Flavio Vittori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ingemar Stålman in the 24th minute. Italy's Porziano Marchitelli got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ingemar Stålman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Flavio Vittori made a huge save. Flavio Vittori was a little too slow when Dave Di Filippo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 1-1. A sloppy throw-in by Erland Mellin in the 33rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Italy's Gomberto Picozzi. In the 38th match minute, Hermanö Oilers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erland Mellin to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hermanö Oilers's goalkeeper Oskar Haeger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Flavio Vittori was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dave Di Filippo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 43 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Hermanö Oilers's Ingemar Stålman got a free kick in the 45th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 75th minute, Fabian Ramond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the game, Hjalmar Askelöf threw the ball into play from the sideline. Italy's Sigfrido Auletta quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Oskar Haeger made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Porziano Marchitelli sent off a good shot on target. Dave Di Filippo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Italy made a substitution. In the 92nd minute Harel Minsky shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dave Di Filippo's late challenge caught a Italy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dave Di Filippo helped the player get up and apologised. Dave Di Filippo hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute, Adriano Curto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Oskar Haeger. The goal made the score 2-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Italy eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
