The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Paul Dumitru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 9th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Francisco Beltran made a precise shot to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 17 minutes into the match, Rova Rosiori's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Paul Dumitru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Antal Valentin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paul Dumitru was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Takacs Tibor hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Rova Rosiori defense, Major Barna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paul Dumitru. The Rova Rosiori fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paul Dumitru should have stopped the shot. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Beltran, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Beltran came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Francisco Beltran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rova Rosiori's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Beltran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodor Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Dumitru having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

With his leg Paul Dumitru managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Hungary's Antal Valentin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Beltran in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 67th minute. Pompiliu Trişcu kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Hungary's Antal Valentin shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 69th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Paul Dumitru but with some difficulty. In the 70th minute, Szekeres Tamas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pompiliu Trişcu kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Antal Valentin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 75th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Paul Dumitru made a huge save. The supporters of Hungary booed when Rova Rosiori was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kuzman Kukushev didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 82 played minutes Rova Rosiori got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Beltran. Rova Rosiori's attentive 孟诚寒 managed to snatch the ball when Szekeres Tamas made a throw-in in the 84th minute of the game. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Rova Rosiori's Amador Baladi got a free kick in the 93rd minute. With a little luck, Rova Rosiori's Paul Dumitru got control of the ball when Takacs Tibor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 98th minute.
