When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as SALI's Lucrețiu Cazacu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fodor Daniel. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Tanek Narbut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tanek Narbut breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tanek Narbut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. After having played for 34 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Damazy Dziewedik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boros Benedek to maneuver through the defense. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by SALI's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Hungary's corner Antal Valentin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tanek Narbut quite easily take care of the ball. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute Lucrețiu Cazacu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SALI's Tanek Narbut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 64th minute of play. After 65 minutes SALI's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. Antal Valentin made a great header on Hungary's corner, it was just that SALI's Tanek Narbut managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to SALI getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Damazy Ludwiczak hit a great ball. Antal Valentin succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 67th playminute. When Barnaba Nalaskowski came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the SALI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Barnaba Nalaskowski couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Tanek Narbut in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucrețiu Cazacu in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the game, Major Barna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Tanek Narbut was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 89th minute, Bartlomiej Mielak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Lucrețiu Cazacu put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Fodor Daniel. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Hungary players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
