The Italy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 31 minutes into the match, Nina fc's goal looked a bit too open when Porziano Marchitelli came free, but Dominik Adamus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fulgencio Romildo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavio Vittori read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. With a little luck, Italy's Flavio Vittori got control of the ball when Teo Gines tried to sneak it across the goal line. The wind increased when Zaccheo Andolina made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Italy were awarded a corner. Sigfrido Auletta went to the cornerflag to take it. The audience was convinced that Saul Macerio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flavio Vittori was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. When Zaccheo Andolina came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Italy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zaccheo Andolina couldn't finish the play. Nina fc's Aaron Euloxu was substituted for Saul Macerio. Italy made a substitution. Sansone Vanella replaced Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. Italy's Adriano Curto was substituted for Zaccheo Andolina.
