But to his dismay, Zaccheo Andolina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 26 minutes in the game Dadá Oliveira did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Gorri Sañudo. Dadá Oliveira made in the 30th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ardy Pakubuwono however managed to control. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Don Cabezon in the 31st minute of play. Don Cabezon took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavio Vittori. Flavio Vittori dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Dadá Oliveira kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Don Cabezon got free with Flavio Vittori in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Don Cabezon to make the kick off. After having played for 55 minutes, Siricio Liotta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Italy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Siricio Liotta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gorri Sañudo made in the 61st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Italy's Sigfrido Auletta. In the 63rd minute Don Cabezon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 65th minute of play forced AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's goalkeeper Dacian Nițescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Zaccheo Andolina reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dacian Nițescu. The goal made the score 1-2. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Don Cabezon, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ardy Pakubuwono during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ardy Pakubuwono kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC made a substitution. Jajat Mustari replaced Frank Rijkaard. Italy made a substitution. Italy's Adriano Curto was substituted for Zaccheo Andolina. In the 89th minute, Ardy Pakubuwono hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th match minute, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gorri Sañudo to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Italy left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC.
