Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Arsenio Erico made the kick off which started today's match. 6 minutes into the match, Sportivo Constitución's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Enzo Uzuri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th match minute, Sportivo Constitución was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Perez to maneuver through the defense. If Lars Meesters had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enzo Uzuri came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer. But to his dismay, Gijsbert ter Kruimer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 26 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by David Eikelkamp. Wincenty Bucyki took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 31 minutes Sportivo Constitución's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. 43 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Wincenty Bucyki came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enzo Uzuri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Arsenio Erico made a precise shot to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 57 minutes into the game, Lars Meesters cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Enzo Uzuri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Sportivo Constitución was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Erico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Uzuri having to interfere. Sportivo Constitución's Fidel Jerold was substituted for Fabio Perez. In the 74th minute, Isidoro Theobald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gijsbert ter Kruimer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sportivo Constitución's Enzo Uzuri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 77th minute of play. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciriaco Medardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Erico came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Netherlands played a much better game than Sportivo Constitución and deserved their victory. The Sportivo Constitución players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
