The supporters of France booed when RØSANEGRA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Magalhães didn't get a good kick on the ball. France's Alexis Bruneau was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Willian Cordeiro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Magalhães in the 41st minute of play. The attack was good, but when Frank Peletier in the 43rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 46th match minute, RØSANEGRA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michel Toscano to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute, David Barbier sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and RØSANEGRA's Willian Cordeiro didn't even have to move. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Peletier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kaká Favoretto kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. When Almir Pena fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RØSANEGRA's protests and gave Almir Pena a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of France booed when RØSANEGRA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Almir Pena didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Kaká Favoretto managed to get in a good position for a shot. RØSANEGRA's supporters rose to their feet, but Kaká Favoretto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maxime Durand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maxime Durand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Almir Pena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Almir Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frank Peletier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Willian Cordeiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. After 75 minutes RØSANEGRA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was David Barbier who took care of the corner kick. Almir Pena took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maxime Durand. Maxime Durand dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The supporters of France booed when RØSANEGRA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Magalhães didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frank Peletier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willian Cordeiro having to interfere. In the 91st match minute, RØSANEGRA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Lemnaru to maneuver through the defense. Frank Peletier struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Willian Cordeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for France. Tadeo Evarado hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Barbier got free with Willian Cordeiro in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
