After a rather tough play, MKS Polonia Słubice's Tanek Drzewucki got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute of the match Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ludomil Mocko showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 21 minutes into the match, MKS Polonia Słubice's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Ludomil Mocko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ludomil Mocko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 24th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ludomil Mocko saved MKS Polonia Słubice from getting behind. Arnout Reekers didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when MKS Polonia Słubice's Herbert Raflewski shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludomil Mocko having to interfere. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radowit Zielinski, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Arnout Reekers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Radowit Zielinski went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Witomir Dlugi hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ludomil Mocko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Eikelkamp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Herbert Raflewski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnout Reekers was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. MKS Polonia Słubice's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
