The audience thought a goal was coming when Patricio Aurre got free with Tobias Schlagbauer in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 11 minutes into the match, Freestylers's goalkeeper Tobias Schlagbauer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patricio Aurre. Patricio Aurre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Tobias Schlagbauer made a huge save. In the 20th minute of the game Niko Steiner made a throw-in which Georg Arbogast played forward. Lars Schuster sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 32 played minutes Freestylers got a freekick which was hit by Hans-Joachim Hiemer. Aydın Mehmet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Fernando Díaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 41 minutes into the match, FC Montana's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Nagel came free, but Aydın Mehmet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patricio Aurre blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tobias Schlagbauer having to make a save. Freestylers's Tobias Schlagbauer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Freestylers from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luís Fernando Díaz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tobias Schlagbauer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hasan Ali Karaman in the 73rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hasan Ali Karaman in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tobias Schlagbauer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 76th minute Cazimir Encica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Schlagbauer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Bülent Ulunay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tobias Schlagbauer. Freestylers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bülent Ulunay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Hasan Ali Karaman scored 3-0 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tobias Schlagbauer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

FC Montana's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
