Vakoufi Utd's defense didn't have a chance, in the 5th minute, when Leo Bean scored to the left of an out of position Petros Vasdekis, making the score, 1-0. After having played for 10 minutes, Andreas Korpetis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vakoufi Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andreas Korpetis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Petros Vasdekis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Phil Naylor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Will Goldthorpe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Korpetis, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Petros Vasdekis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Bean in the 18th minute of play. After 20 played minutes Heavenly Hooters got a freekick which was hit by Edorta Quintas. In the 24th minute, Todd Griffiths got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leo Bean kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After having played for 27 minutes, Akis Nafpliotis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brandon Wright could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Petros Vasdekis made a huge save. Will Goldthorpe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Themis Pepper in the 36th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute Phil Naylor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petros Vasdekis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Phil Naylor kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Petros Vasdekis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brandon Wright in the 47th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Themis Pepper stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Heavenly Hooters's Will Goldthorpe got control of the ball when Akis Nafpliotis tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 57th minute Viktoras Natsikas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Will Goldthorpe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Bean in the 59th minute of play forced Vakoufi Utd's goalkeeper Petros Vasdekis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brandon Wright recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 75th minute, Todd Griffiths ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Petros Vasdekis was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Heavenly Hooters made a substitution. Felix Hitchcock replaced Jon Elliot. Themis Pepper hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute Leo Bean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petros Vasdekis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leo Bean in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petros Vasdekis saved Vakoufi Utd from getting behind. A collision led to Heavenly Hooters getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Adrian Collier hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Heavenly Hooters's zone, Themis Pepper stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Will Goldthorpe came out of the goal and Themis Pepper tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Will Goldthorpe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Korpetis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
Heavenly Hooters walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
