The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
After 50 minutes, Alvar Vabamüürlane mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FS Kilomani and the Tractorul Satulung -MM- players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alvar Vabamüürlane hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Mădălin Cangeopol kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Uku Viispert. After a rather tough play, FS Kilomani's Jaanus Tüür got a free kick in the 76th minute. After 83 minutes Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Oskar Eiber who took care of the corner kick. FS Kilomani's Oskar Eiber was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Liviu Iordache in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Mădălin Cangeopol came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Tractorul Satulung -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mădălin Cangeopol couldn't finish the play. The score was 2-2 after 90 minutes, which forced the match into extra-time.
After resting during the break, the players from both teams went out on the field looking very concentrated. It was now first half of the overtime. Asko Harrak made the kick off and play began. In the 101st match minute, FS Kilomani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaanus Tüür to maneuver through the defense. The Tractorul Satulung -MM- supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tractorul Satulung -MM- would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
