With a couple of smart ball manuevers Réda Kolb in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maxime Durand saved France from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Réda Kolb in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxime Durand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 24 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Réda Kolb came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauro Boselli in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxime Durand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A throw-in in the 27th minute of the game was made by Freddy Erauso with Mikolaj Biraga as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With a little luck, France's Maxime Durand got control of the ball when Mauro Boselli tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camille Baume in the 35th minute of play forced Shuspendemo's goalkeeper Ismael Vellito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Shuspendemo's Mauro Boselli ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Maxime Durand. Maxime Durand yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After 42 played minutes France got a freekick which was hit by Maxence Durand. After 43 played minutes, Shuspendemo's Gaspar Ihazintu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Maxime Durand came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Shuspendemo reached it. After a rather tough play, France's Robert Chapuis got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Maxime Durand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Réda Kolb in the 46th minute of the match.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Réda Kolb in the 51st minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rdth minute of the game Mauro Boselli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but France's Maxime Durand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Shuspendemo were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after France's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Séamus Babasidis took the corner. Shuspendemo's Diego Gerber was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Maxime Durand in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Venancio Kepa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Shuspendemo's goalkeeper Ismael Vellito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Peletier. In the 80th minute, Mauro Boselli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Shuspendemo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Mauro Boselli sped through France's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maxime Durand.
