Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jailson Guedes took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 11th minute of play forced Alvara's goalkeeper Marcel Freire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Bertram Svenningsen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Bertram Svenningsen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcel Freire breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Kenn Skou fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Denmark's protests and gave Kenn Skou a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Denmark fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 14th minute. Penalty! Valdir Carneiro kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Augusto Recife hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chris Nygaard scored 1-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcel Freire, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bjarne Kirkegaard's late challenge caught a Alvara's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bjarne Kirkegaard helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Alvara getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Adalberto Costa hit a great ball. After 31 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Simon Bendtsen. Chris Nygaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jailson Guedes took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Keld Paulsen. Keld Paulsen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Jailson Guedes struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Keld Paulsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alvara. After 40 minutes, Chris Nygaard made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Alvara's Marcel Freire tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 44thth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alvara's Marcel Freire was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Denmark's Chris Nygaard in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alvara's goalie prevented a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Chris Nygaard made the kick off in the second half. Marcel Freire stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chris Nygaard's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Adalberto Costa hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Bertram Svenningsen struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Marcel Freire didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denmark. 56 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Jailson Guedes came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcel Freire stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chris Nygaard's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Alvara getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Valdir Carneiro hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Alvara defense, Chris Nygaard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcel Freire. The Alvara fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcel Freire should have stopped the shot. After 75 played minutes Alvara got a freekick which was hit by Jailson Guedes. Lars Steen kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chris Nygaard in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcel Freire saved Alvara from getting behind. 82 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Jailson Guedes came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Bertram Svenningsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chris Nygaard's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Marcel Freire skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pedrão Gomes kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armandinho Vasconcelos in the 90th minute of play. Augusto Recife hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After 95 minutes of play, Denmark's Chris Nygaard made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcel Freire was left in no man's land by his defense there!
