A hard shot 6 in the game by Mauro Otsoa from a close distance when the talented Tommy Kahn managed to make a qualified save. Germany's players were relieved. The Polly Magoo Juniors fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Polly Magoo Juniors's Mauro Otsoa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Germany's Frank Sachs in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Polly Magoo Juniors's goalie prevented a goal. In the 25th minute of the match Germany got a corner. Polly Magoo Juniors's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Frank Sachs ran over to the corner to take the kick. Germany's Frank Sachs was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Markus Fågel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Robin Fagrell's late challenge caught a Germany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robin Fagrell helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Polly Magoo Juniors's Robin Fagrell got a free kick in the 27th minute. Tommy Kahn was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mauro Otsoa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 30 minute of play. The supporters of Germany booed when Polly Magoo Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conny Rudkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mauro Otsoa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 42ndth minute tested the skills of Tommy Kahn when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Markus Fågel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frank Sachs went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Janik Vogt during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 48th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janik Vogt to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Sachs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauro Otsoa in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alf Bredberg in the 65th minute of play. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Markus Fågel having to make a save. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Polly Magoo Juniors's Mauro Otsoa. But to his dismay, Mauro Otsoa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Otsoa in the 81st minute of the match. In the 89th minute Mauro Otsoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mauro Otsoa scored 4-2 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 94 minutes, Conny Rudkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Polly Magoo Juniors and the Germany players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Polly Magoo Juniors's Conny Rudkvist got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 98th minute of the match Conny Rudkvist shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Chris Mergenthaler's late challenge caught a Polly Magoo Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chris Mergenthaler helped the player get up and apologised. In the 98th minute, one of Germany:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Germany. Tommy Kahn had in the 100thth minute some difficulties stopping Robin Fagrell's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Polly Magoo Juniors had won after a very even match.
