The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Froilan Maura was the one to do the kick off. In the 79th minute Caetano Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavius Mantu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Portugal's Flavius Mantu threw himself towards the right post 81 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bartolomeu Dias, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Delphine Stars's Flavius Mantu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipinho Amorim in the 83rd minute of play. With his leg Flavius Mantu managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Portugal's Felipinho Amorim fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 91 minutes into the match, Felipinho Amorim dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Flavius Mantu, 2-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Bartolomeu Dias managed to get in a good position for a shot.
