Oliverio Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 21st minute of the match. Oliverio Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

AS Pikachuzim's Eric Ramires was substituted for Santos Rallo. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zaccheo Andolina was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Zaccheo Andolina reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Oliverio Kahn. The goal made the score 0-1. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Zaccheo Andolina sped through AS Pikachuzim's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oliverio Kahn. After a rather tough play, AS Pikachuzim's Emanuel Arruda got a free kick in the 67th minute. With an all-out effort, Italy's Oliverio Kahn threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sigfrido Auletta, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Porziano Marchitelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliverio Kahn having to interfere. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arif Oğuz Semdin in the 76th minute of play. With a little luck, AS Pikachuzim's Oliverio Kahn got control of the ball when Zaccheo Andolina tried to sneak it across the goal line. AS Pikachuzim's Oliverio Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 81st minute of play. Sigfrido Auletta came free with the goalkeeper in the 85th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Oliverio Kahn could save by the left post. 87 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Sarmento came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Italy's Sansone Vanella was substituted for Gianpaolo Mascari. The supporters of AS Pikachuzim booed when Italy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zena Busacca didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Adriano Curto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
