In the 13th minute Chris Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hipolito Jobo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Argentina AFC's Hipolito Jobo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertram Svenningsen in the 13th minute of play. When Octavio Lizar fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Argentina AFC's protests and gave Octavio Lizar a yellow card for diving instead. Octavio Lizar hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Hipolito Jobo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the game, Theis Winther was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Chris Nygaard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Chris Nygaard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hipolito Jobo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chris Nygaard in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hipolito Jobo saved Argentina AFC from getting behind. In the 35th minute of the match Denmark got a corner. Argentina AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Chris Nygaard ran over to the corner to take the kick. Chris Nygaard made a great header on Denmark's corner, it was just that Argentina AFC's Hipolito Jobo managed to reach the ball for a save. When Teofil Narbut fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emilio Haritzeder made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Chris Nygaard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hipolito Jobo was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Hipolito Jobo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Nygaard in the 56th minute of play. Kenn Skou kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Chris Nygaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Hipolito Jobo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 78 minutes, Chris Nygaard made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Argentina AFC's Hipolito Jobo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Hipolito Jobo came out of the goal and Bertram Svenningsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chris Nygaard got free with Hipolito Jobo in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hipolito Jobo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertram Svenningsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. When the match was over Denmark could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Argentina AFC throughout the match.
