Henk Jonckers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Holweck, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After having played for 29 minutes, Sem Roekeloos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KV Schoonwater's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sem Roekeloos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alek De Hondt, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alek De Hondt in the 45th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Sachs to make the kick off. Henk Jonckers made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pino Van Hinnendaels in the 90th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pino Van Hinnendaels in the 91st minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Pino Van Hinnendaels ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0.
