Jean Bombelles hit a great ball. France's Maxime Durand proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save France from getting a goal against them. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 27th minute Terremoto FC were awarded a corner. Hilario Duarte went to the cornerflag to take it. At last the ball reached Isidoro Buinton at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of France. 2-0. 32 minutes into the match, France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Shi Ming. Shi Ming recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. France's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Gaston Laurentzi scored to the left of an out of position Maxime Durand, making the score, 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Peletier was the one to do the kick off. The Terremoto FC fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Terremoto FC's Shi Ming looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Terremoto FC's C.J. Cox got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the France defense, Shi Ming kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maxime Durand. The France fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maxime Durand should have stopped the shot. Terremoto FC's Aldo Lazcano was substituted for Robin Lindgren. Terremoto FC's Jonas Lore was substituted for Benicio Sugar. Terremoto FC's Pablo Herrera quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Henry Robiquet, made in the 74th minute of the game. The Terremoto FC fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Terremoto FC's Bernard Mietus looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernard Mietus in the 82nd minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Terremoto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernard Mietus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Terremoto FC booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Peletier didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernard Mietus in the 96th minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Terremoto FC fans' excitement grew in the 97th match minute when Terremoto FC's Bernard Mietus looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal.
