Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute, Portugal's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hüsnü Kapar fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peker Ersed in the 9th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilson Amorim made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Concetto Maccarone sent off a good shot on target. Portugal's Wilson Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Portugal from getting a goal against them. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Concetto Maccarone in the 17th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Soliera's Wilson Amorim threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Concetto Maccarone, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Caetano Moreira hit a great ball. Portugal's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Ciro Donati scored to the left of an out of position Wilson Amorim, making the score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rúben Prestes in the 30th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute Hüsnü Kapar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 38 minutes of play, Portugal's Felipe Barreto made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adriano Pappalardo was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Hüsnü Kapar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Concetto Maccarone made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Soliera's Concetto Maccarone sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 56th match minute, Soliera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Donati to maneuver through the defense. Graciano Coutinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Adriano Pappalardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by Portugal's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ciro Donati was slow to take the kick. During this time Soliera's players had a chance to rest. Concetto Maccarone blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Amorim having to make a save. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hüsnü Kapar in the 70th minute of play. Adriano Pappalardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Pimentel in the 73rd minute of the match. 78 minutes into the game, Hüsnü Kapar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Soliera's Enrico Grieco was substituted for Hüsnü Kapar. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. In the 83rd minute, Dumitru Arseanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the match, Enrico Grieco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilson Amorim. Portugal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enrico Grieco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Concetto Maccarone in the 88th minute of play. Concetto Maccarone took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Soliera walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
