With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aybars Cihannur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nimród Tálas in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Casper Claes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 38th minute Máté Kőváry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee gave Belgium a penalty, 40 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Edward Vanderstraeten, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Vérsárkány SE's Aybars Cihannur. 2-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Belgium walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
