In the 16th minute, 【E ➣15 de Julio 2009's Dong Kun Yang ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gabriel Ascaso. Gabriel Ascaso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. In the 22nd minute, Dong Kun Yang ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gabriel Ascaso was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Spain were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after 【E ➣15 de Julio 2009's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Omar Toledo took the corner. In the 29th minute of the match Spain got a corner. 【E ➣15 de Julio 2009's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Omar Toledo ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Toledo in the 31st minute of play forced 【E ➣15 de Julio 2009's goalkeeper Marta Pressley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Dong Kun Yang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dong Kun Yang's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gabriel Ascaso firmly grabbed it by the left post. Marta Pressley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Toledo in the 34th minute of play. If Dong Kun Yang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Spain's Gabriel Ascaso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Spain from getting a goal against them. Dong Kun Yang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Omar Toledo made a kick off. Omar Toledo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Marta Pressley made a huge save. 55 minutes into the match, 【E ➣15 de Julio 2009's goalkeeper Marta Pressley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Omar Toledo. Dong Kun Yang scored 3-2 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gabriel Ascaso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 61 minutes into the match, 【E ➣15 de Julio 2009's goalkeeper Marta Pressley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Omar Toledo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Omar Toledo got free with Marta Pressley in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Adria Bielsa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marta Pressley was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. An unexpected shot in the 86th minute by Carles Cherro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Spain made a substitution. Sergio Ruiz replaced Adria Bielsa. In the 95th minute, Sergio Ruiz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marta Pressley.
