The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Durval Fantini stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aprígio Vasques couldn't finish the play. 54 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Aprígio Vasques came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 3-0 became the score in the 63rd minute when Aprígio Vasques elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Serafim Eanes.
