With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Boncho Vlúchkov saved Salmiyah Power from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doctor Quinn in the 13th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Boncho Vlúchkov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boncho Vlúchkov having to interfere. Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Dawid Kochowski sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Salmiyah Power's zone, David Eikelkamp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boncho Vlúchkov came out of the goal and David Eikelkamp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Salmiyah Power's Boncho Vlúchkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute, David Eikelkamp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Doctor Quinn to make the kick off. Jeremias Ganix hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kacper Koperski in the 61st minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, Gijsbert ter Kruimer recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Boncho Vlúchkov. Gijsbert ter Kruimer showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Salmiyah Power made a substitution. Rabah Azem replaced Brahim Kerkar. Salmiyah Power's Boncho Vlúchkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 78th minute of play. Boncho Vlúchkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 87th minute of the match. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Salmiyah Power was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorin Fânaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Netherlands players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
